As President of the Hillsboro Police Officers’ Association, and on behalf our entire membership, thank you for taking the time to explore our new website and for your ongoing support.

We strive to keep our communication open and transparent with local residents, and believe this website will contribute to that goal. In a rapidly growing city, we continue to protect you and maintain Hillsboro’s family-friendly environment. To us, serving Hillsboro goes beyond our jobs. On or off-duty, we work diligently to build a safe and prosperous environment for everyone, especially our children, through community programs and outreach.

We as the HPOA believe that it is important to support our community by donating financially to a wide range of charitable needs such as:

  • The Domestic Violence Resource Center, helping individuals and families overcome domestic violence.
  • The Washington County District Attorneys Victims assistance program, offering assistance to a wide range of criminal victims.
  • Randall children’s Hospital “Miles for Molly Memorial Fund” supporting local children with cancer.
  • Oregon Fallen Badge Foundation, supporting families of police officers killed in the line of duty.
  • Back to school Shop with a Cop, providing clothing and school supplies to children lees fortunate.
  • Christmas Shop with a Cop, helping families in need enjoy the holiday season. · HomePlate Youth Services, helping young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
  • Local families, offering help in time of health crisis and tragic loss.
  • Safe and Sober High School grad parties.
  • Special Olympics.
